I’m not interested in AI as a marvel. I’m interested in AI as a political fact: who builds it, with whose capital, who keeps a hand on the kill-switch and who pays the bill when it fails. I work with these tools every day and use them gladly, which is exactly why I distrust narratives where the only question is how powerful they are. The useful question is always a different one: who decides, who answers for it, and what is left to the human that cannot be delegated.
